Positive: The staff in the Orangery well fantastic, polite, friendly and helpful.

Negative: I was not aware I had to book the salon for treatments before arrival so were limited to 30 min back massage which was not the best. The room would benefit from a small fridge. There were a few cobwebs hanging from the lampshades in restaurant.

Positive: We stayed overnight at Seamill Hydro as a surprise for my partner’s birthday and honestly, it was perfect from start to finish. The overall vibe was incredibly relaxing, right on the coastline, and I would give the stay a solid 10 out of 10. Before we even arrived, the staff went above and beyond. I had asked if anything could be done for her birthday and without any hesitation they decorated the room with balloons and banners, which was such a lovely touch. We were also given a complimentary room upgrade as a courtesy, which completely exceeded my expectations and made the surprise even more special. The food was absolutely incredible and a real highlight of the stay. A special mention has to go to Rachael, who was our waitress. Her customer service was excellent, friendly, attentive and genuinely made us feel welcome. Waking up to a sea view the next morning was amazing and really added to how special the stay felt for both of us. We also made use of the spa area, which was spotless, calm and very well looked after. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, approachable and professional. You really feel looked after from the moment you arrive. I would highly recommend Seamill Hydro to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, especially for a special occasion. We will definitely be back.
