Positive: Loved the breathtaking view, Amazing beach and the room size is pretty good, The bed Is really comfortable and love the balcony, The lobby is beautiful, The lounge is a great place to relax and have tea while listening to piano.

Negative: Upon arriving to the hotel I've experienced some difficulties in finding the reception, I walked around for about 5 minutes looking for it, Since there was no one avaliable at concierge desk, Once I found the reception there was only 1 staff member. The second thing.. Is the overcrowded breakfast, Better to arrive earlier but honestly what's bothers me more is that I've ate pork and I can't consume it, It was in gnocchi and it didn't state that there was any pork, The chef himself said there is no meat inside it, But I've showed him that there is, When going back to my table he came up and said that there is pork, I think the team should know what they are serving.

Positive: Every aspects of this hotel exceeds my expectation. It was dreamy stay at the facility with the world class facilities and view. The snowy weather adds more dramatic atmosphere to the warm swimming pool and hot jacuzzi in the morning. The sauna with out door tub and snowy beach view was fantastic.

Negative: It has achieved so many things already as premier hotel at the location and the city.

Summary: Fantastic dreamy stay.
