Positive: The food spread was really good across the day with the all-inclusive. The night time events were enjoyable.

Negative: Most of the staff were friendly and helpful but there were certain who were kind of rude. It would be better if they were trained in English as well since its a tourist location and most people speak English.

Positive: The hotel is well situated on the sea front with both its own pools and a tunnel under the road directly to the beach and the hotel sun loungers. It is a pebble beach but not difficult to access the sea which was warm in September, plenty of people swimming all day. The room was well designed , bed was comfortable , and quiet after the pool bar entertainment stopped between 23.30- midnight. We slept very well. The restaurant was well managed with a good range of fresh and cooked foods , plenty of staff keeping the tables free, areas to eat both inside and outside. Standard range of drinks for a full board option. The hotel is on the beach promenade and a street perpendicular with a number of bars and restaurants so it is possible to go for a walk in the evening. There is a Taxi rank just outside the hotel so easy to pick up a ride for the return to the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful with a guest relations desk very useful for all questions. Overall we had a nice stay and can recommend.

Negative: Overall the hotel is fine in all aspects. I would say it would be better to have more sun loungers and more spaced out as the beach is popular, recommend to go down for an early swim before breakfast and take the loungers where you prefer , with our without parasols.

Summary: A nice week by the beach in September.

Positive: We had an amazing stay at Sea Life Family Hotel in Antalya. The location couldn’t be better – it’s right across from the beach with easy access to beach cafés, restaurants, and just a short ride from Antalya’s beautiful Old Town, which makes exploring the city so convenient. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding customer service. A special thanks to Hala at guest relations – she was absolutely exceptional and made our stay 100 times better. She listened to everything we asked for and went above and beyond to accommodate us, always with a warm and professional touch. The spa is also a highlight of the hotel. Emre and Hassan were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we can’t recommend the Turkish hamam and massage enough. Zeynep knew exactly how to make us relax and switch off completely – such a wonderful experience. Overall, Sea Life Family Hotel is the perfect combination of location, comfort, and service. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Antalya and can’t wait to come back.

Positive: - Good connection with public transport from/to the airport (tram+bus, 60 TL) and takes around 1h - There is a tunnel from the hotel to the beach - Good food option (buffet) not top Michelin star quality but fine (diet needed after the holidays 😄) - Rooms quite large and clean - Super friendly stuff - Gym is well equiped, may could have better machines for the back

Negative: - In the tunnel to the beach there is a beach bar where liquid trips to the floor (smells) - The sun beds at the beach are placed bit messy, not that easy to walk through - Standard beer should be a Pils and not Toborg malt beer. Or at least a second included option should be offered.

Positive: I booked this hotel for my parents, and they really enjoyed their holiday! The staff were very welcoming. My parents were assigned a curator who spoke their language. The room was exceptionally clean, with a beautiful sea view. The food was delicious and very diverse.
