Positive: Caravan was spotless as per previous reviews, directions were clear and efficient. Host was responsive to messages. The internet wasn't working, host offered a mobile unit if I really needed it but as I was not streaming or gaming etc I could manage easily with my phone. If it was a family of someone needing lots of internet the story would have been different.

Negative: There some very noisy neighbours but in fairness I guess that's what you can expect on a caravan park in the middle of Summer.

Summary: Excellent experience and location. Will likely return in the near future.

Positive: The property was exceptionally clean. It had everything needed gor a comfortable stay. Good proximity to the sea, and close to a bus stop into Whitstable.

Negative: We had no Internet provided for our stay, despite stating free WiFi in the holiday details. We should have been informed that there was a delayed change of supplier. We were told that we could purchase WiFi from reception but when we enquired, this wasn't possible.

Positive: It was so much nicer than I expected. Big and spacious and really clean. It felt very homely and likely to get comfortable there. I really appreciate it. The excellent communication from the host as well and the laid back nature they had.

Negative: There's nothing I didn't like. Obviously the beds were quite small but that was expected.

Positive: Clean, had everything we needed.. Plates, cups, utensils, cooking pans etc and towels, bedding was provided. Nice little touch with the games for the kiddo 👍 Close to beach and shops
