Positive: Location and layout. Very clean.

Negative: Bbq leaked oil. Drip bucket not in place. Cleaned up and let management know. Microwave didn’t work, had power but wouldn’t heat. Lost power on sat night due to accident for 4 hrs.

Positive: The property had a great patio to sit and look out at the golf course, bedrooms where a great size with each having a bathroom. Nice easy walk to town and to the beach. Great that we could lock up our cars in the garage, plenty of room for the 7 of us.

Negative: The back garden was a bit untidy. Carpet in the main living space was not clean and felt dirty and tacky underfoot. High windows at the back of the main living space were covered in dead bugs.
