"Seacliff" enjoys panoramic ocean and coastal views set in 2 acres of native bushland. The property includes a swimming pool with large ocean facing sun deck, and a tennis court.
The house has north-facing living areas with log fire, fully equipped chef's kitchen, separate TV room, 4 double bedrooms, 2 luxury bathrooms (incl. rain showers and bath) and integrated sound throughout.
This house is very private, located on top of the cliff looking down on all around it.
A large open plan living, kitchen and dining room face north, and look out over the pool as well as the ocean view.
There are 8 sun lounges next to the pool for lounging in the sun and taking in the ocean views.
The rear of the house has a flat lawned area overlooking the national park forest. It's a great place to set up a picnic table.
The chef's kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare and host a gourmet meal for 10 people.
HOUSE RULES
- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
- No more than 10 guests on the premises at any time. Arrivals are monitored.
- Rubbish to be put in marked council wheelie bins only, with any excess removed by guests.
- Wheelie bins to be put out for curb side collection on Sunday evening or prior to departure on Sunday.
- No Pets
- Make sure the house is left as you found it - clean and furniture in its original position
- Smoking outside only, with butts binned.
- No glass near the pool, plastic glassware provided
- No loud music that will disturb the neighbours
- All doors and windows closed when guests leave - the weather can change quickly
- Access along shared driveway please drive slowly
- Please keep the front gate shut at all times
- minimum 2 night stay on weekends, 3 nights on long weekends.

Located within walking distance of the beach, the many Royal National Park hiking trails, and Figure 8 pool. Otford is at the end of the Coastal Walk. The local Otford pantry does great coffee on the weekend. The nearby Symbio wildlife park is great for kids and viewing Australian and exotic wild life.

The house is close to the Otford train station, 5-10 minute walk.

There are some landscaping works underway in the block, but it won't impact your stay. We're happy to accommodate a late check out if no guests are arriving on the day of departure.

Summary: Everything about the property was perfect for our needs. The lounge room with its views and fireplace enabled our group to relax and reconnect. Would love to be there in summer but we were very happy with our winter stay.

Summary: The house and location is stunning. It was extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen. Unfortunately we weren't aware of the steepness of the driveway until check in instructions and photos were provided. One guest who had a small car chose to park at the bottom it was so intimidating. She had to walk up a near vertical 300m driveway with luggage and food. The rest of us who did tackle it were so scared to go back down the next day which was rainy, that we stayed in rather than go to the lunch we had planned. We all agreed that the driveway issue should be addressed before booking, especially as elderly guests or those with small cars would be in a mighty predicament upon arrival. The first part of it is scary though coming back down was much better. However we had a wonderful stay. The bathroom products were of an excellent standard and beds very comfy.

Summary: On top of the hill with uninterrupted sea view, quiet and peaceful. It was obvious that a lot of care and attention went into this modern home, the kitchen was fully equipped, furnishings stylishly elegant, bathrooms and bedrooms very comfortable. The kids loved the pool at the end of the day, adults loved the relaxing sea breeze with our shaded alfresco dinners. Fabulous!

Summary: From the moment you walk through the door the views from this property are breath taking no matter what the weather. We throughly enjoyed our 8 nights over Christmas here. It is the perfect property to relax and unwind . The house has everything you need the owners have thought of every little detail. We enjoyed cooking in the very well equipped kitchen and lazing on the most comfortable couches we have ever sat on and reading or just taking in the view. The pool area is divine. There are plenty of sun lounges to relax on by the pool. The beds are very comfortable and each room has a ceiling fan and at night a beautiful coastal breeze . We were even able to use the open fire with a cooler night on Christmas Day which was lovely . Ed is really easy to communicate with and provides a very helpful list of what is in the property to assist with packing and shopping . There is plenty to do in the area or just simply relax at the property. We loved our time here and will definitely be back .

Summary: had a great time, would've been better with air-con, blinds, and to be told about the driveway. Very steep and if we didn't have a 4wd, I don't think we would've made it up. Other than that, the house gets 5 stars from me!

Summary: beautiful view. slightly scary going up the driveaway but once you get the hang of it it is okay. we used the tennis court and loved it. The only thing is that the pool was too cold as it is via solar heating and we went during the colder months. Would recommend this place and would not mind coming back

Summary: Seacliff is a beautiful property that is tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean, well stocked and luxurious whilst still being very comfortable. We stayed with 4 adults and 4 children, there was plenty of space and it was kid-friendly without feeling cluttered. The kitchen is well appointed and clean, it was a pleasure to cook in. It is only 1.5 hours out of Sydney but it feels like you could be 4 hours away with the beautiful surrounds. Would recommend this property without hesitation. Thank you Ed for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Summary: We really enjoyed our time at this property. It had everything we needed and the hosts went out of their way to help us. The driveway was extremely steep but we were given great instructions on how to tackle it. The house was well equipped and the pool and pool area were amazing! We would definetly return again!
