Positive: Cheryl was wonderful and although going through a tough time personally she still made our stay very memorable for all the right reasons. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left nothing was too much trouble. Cheryl met us at the door and personally gave us a tour of the property and explored things worked. We will definitely stay again and have already been telling friends and family to consider booking there. Thank you Cheryl ❤️

Positive: Fantastic place to stay. Cheryl is very accommodating and helpful. Were treated like old friends and she left us a slice of her yummy homemade cake every day. Exceptionally clean and has everything needed for a wonderful break. Fantastic sea views and lots of places nearby for food and drink.

Positive: Cheryl was an excellent host under difficult circumstances. She did some washing for us and provided towels and a picnic blanket for our trip to the beach. The home made cake on both days was superb. The location could not be faulted with easy access to the cliff railway, model village, local pubs and restaurants.

Negative: Paul informed us in advance that due to ill health they would not be providing a cooked breakfast. Therefore the choice at breakfast was limited although the home made granola was very good

Positive: We have stayed at many 5* hotels around the world, but never have we felt so welcomed from the moment of arrival. Faultless service, immaculately clean, beautiful location, great breakfast. Overall we were very impressed and will stay again when visiting family in the area.
