2 bedrooms (Queen and Queen + Single beds) with 2 en-suite bathrooms (large shower/ shower + deep bath), well-equipped kitchenette, private verandah, laundry, BBQ entertaining space opening to the garden.
Sea glimpses, farm and bush views and sea breezes.
One hectare of gardens with a lily pond dam and an 1880's train carriage.
2km to the beach. 10km to Mon Repos turtles nesting/ hatching (Nov to March).
Snorkeling nearby at Barolin Rocks, Coral Cove and Hoffmans Rocks, Bargara.(5km)
Day boat trips to the reef from Marina (20mins) eg 'Lady Musgrave Experience'.
Day flights to the reef from Bundy airport (20mins) to Lady Elliott Island.

'Seabreeze Sojourn' is a circa 1890's Queenslander HIGHSET house that has been rescued, re-sited and restored with classic, elegant style and modern comfort. The house is characterised by high ceilings, picture rails and french doors opening onto multiple verandahs.
Bedrooms have aircon, tv/dvd, wifi. Very comfy beds and pillow choices.
Guest Kitchenette has dishwasher, microwave, electric frypans and hotplates.
Basic items in pantry.
Downstairs/ underneath the house: cool, paved entertaining area with gas pizza oven and BBQ and icemaker fridge.
Wifi and choices of desks/chairs both upstairs and down.
'Seabreeze Sojourn' is divided in two with the owners, Catherine and Paul, residing in one half - are on hand if you need anything but won't intrude on your privacy. Guests have their own private entrance, own kitchenette, own laundry. Electronic locks so no need for keys.

'Seabreeze Sojourn' is not a wedding venue however the house, gardens and train carriage have been used for photos and the spacious bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and air con make ideal dressing spaces for weddings.

Summary: We had a fantastic time staying here over Christmas. Catherine was a wonderful host and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is so close to everything and all the beautiful beaches. My daughter enjoyed walking around the property daily to see the many ducks that visit the property.

Summary: Catherine and Paul made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Comfortable place to stay and lots of old world charm. Spacious area downstairs enabled us to enjoy time with family visitors.

Summary: Lovely property on acreage, with views out to the Ocean (glimpses). Sea breezes to die for ❤ Very comfortable and the hosts are great. Nothing's too much trouble and they think of the little things that can make such a difference. Surf beach with still water inlet only 2 minutes drive up the road. Elliot Heads, Bargara and Bunderburg within 10 minutes. Mon Repos turtle 🐢 centre about 15 minutes drive. Great central location for day trips to explore the area or just to lounge on the beach . Plenty of relaxing spots around the property too if you don't feel like going anywhere.

Summary: Catherine and Paul are amazing hosts. They are so kind and friendly. They’re right on sight if you need them but they give you your privacy. The property is gorgeous and peaceful! All the amenities of home but with the added bonus of friendly neighbors. I can only describe it as visiting family that wants you to visit! I would recommend the property and the hosts to anyone!

Summary: We booked this at short notice and Catherine replied and answered all of our questions immediately. We arrived the next day to a friendly welcome and Catherine and Paul showed us the property. They had left freshly laid eggs in the fridge and they were delicious for breakfast the next morning! We had rented the two bedrooms and had use of a fully stocked kitchen and a lovely verandah on which to eat our meals. We had access to extra fridges and a laundry downstairs. Our kids really enjoyed all of the space, and my daughter got to help Catherine find eggs one day. Catherine also gave recommendations for fun things for the kids to do in the area and we enjoyed the strawberry picking and the steam train at the Botanic Gardens. The bedroom was so comfortable and we fell asleep each night to the sounds of the crickets outside. We had a wonderful stay and would fully recommend this property and the hosts.

Summary: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Catherine and Paul were always friendly and helpful, the beach was a short stroll away, supermarket and town were a very short drive and the weather was lovely. Couldn’t recommend more.
