Perfectly located opposite the beach, this fully self contained villa accommodates up to six people and up to two dogs. Four adults in two QS bedrooms and two children with a single bunk set. All linen with the exception of beach towels is provided - a rarity in Golden Beach! The shower is over a small bath, separate toilet and a front loader washing machine to keep everyone clean. The fully equipped kitchen with electric cooking and oven for the nights you don't want to eat out. A comfortable lounge with tv and dvd player for relaxation and a large dining table for feasts and after dinner games. While the property is not fully fenced, there is an enclosed rear verandah, complete with BBQ, if you and your pets would rather be outside.
An easy walk onto the beach and a leisurely stroll up to the cafe and shops for your coffee and paper. It is a wonderful way to start or end the day. The sunrises and sunsets are amazing. The wildlife is bountiful, with regular sightings of kangaroos, wallabies, koalas, echidnas, wombats, and lizards. The birds will wake you in the morning. Bring the camera, there is lots to see here. It is also the perfect place to base yourself to explore the area. An hours drive in any direction will have you in Lakes Entrance one way, the Alpine region in another or head towards the Tarra Valley or Port Albert in another direction. So much to explore. Or just sit on the beach and watch the waves.

Summary: The step to the front door is too small which cause me to fall when exiting. Luckily only a light ankle sprain. This should be attended ASP.

Summary: We arrived to a cozy home with lovely sitting out spots and could hear the waves. Everything was catered for and when we could not work the DVD the owner ce by and dropped off his own. Such a lovely time together in a comfortable and generous little house. The path to the beach was right across from the house, which was extra special for walks of a morning and evening. Very happy

Summary: Neat clean with comfy beds. Bathroom could do with an upgrade, very tiny wash basin. Both front and rear flywire doors hard to operate same for front window of bunk room. Nice quiet location with well equiped kitchen and cosy lounge.
