Positive: Great villa in excellent location. Perfect for families with kids. You have everything you need very close and the villa is better than the photos. The host is very accommodating and nice.

Negative: The foam mattress are not comfortable for my family, but that's personal taste. The second kitchen needs a little more utensils and an extra microwave for it to be perfect

Positive: The villa is amazing for a group of a few couples with children. You have everything you need, the pool is the perfect size for the little ones and also for the adults. In the yard everything helps to keep you occupied. At every moment of the day you have a terrace with shadow. For food you also have 2 restaurants near the property. The owner is amazing and very helpfull with everything you need.

Negative: - The location of the villa is not the best. Kiato is a small village and you don’t have much to do/visit. - the beach is rocks only - for groceries you need a car because there are no shops nearby - in the entire villa were only 2 rolls of toilet paper and no garbage bags(we bought, but was we ies not to find there at least 1)

Positive: We were looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful for our holiday and we certainly got that! The villa itself is large and spacious, we visited as a family of 5 with older children (23, 21 & 16) and there was definitely plenty of space for us with several balconies, areas to eat both inside and outside, and spacious bedrooms. The pool was great, the beach (approx 20 steps outside of property) was perfect - with fish easily visible (we would advise beach shoes, snorkle and googles). There's a few super-markets nearby for essentials. The local restaurants were amazing and very good value for money - locals very helpful and keen to translate for us. We wished we had stayed longer as we did not have time to investigate the local areas of interest - did get to spend half a day in Corinth. The hosts were amazing - meeting us on our arrival to show us around, very generously sending a birthday cake for our daughters 21st birthday which she celebrated whilst there, and then meeting us again on our departure - nothing was too much trouble.

Negative: That our stay was not long enough and we had to return home! Our son now wants to emigrate!

Positive: The Villa was really beautiful. The location was brilliant in terms of the proximity to the beach. Lovely place to swim in the sea and the water was very warm. The villa was also very well equipped with cooking equipment, towels, etc. Pool area was brilliant for our child and the garden had lots of fresh fruit growing in it. Great BBQ, but the pizza oven didn't seem functional. The host was great and very communicative.

Negative: There are two beach restaurants almost outside the villa but only one of which was open for our entire stay. We traveled 17th-24th Sept and everywhere was very quiet. I had emailed in advance to see if everything would still be open but I guess it was a risk traveling late in the season. We were the only people in restaurants and there was nowhere to get kid's ice creams, etc. The supermarket was about a 20min walk on paths that weren't buggy friendly. There was also litter on the beach and surrounding areas. Lots of half-built and vacant properties in the area too. These issues are not to do with the villa though, it was a lovely place and the view and beach were very enjoyable. If you want peace and tranquility this is a good option, but I would recommend you need a car for your stay. I was a bit disappointed with the area it was situated in. I would not return because of this, but maybe it's different if you travel during the summer months or have the option of using a car.
