Summary: From the very beginning, Sam, the property manager was welcoming and sincerely happy to have us as guests. Our communication was so friendly and easy; it felt like I was messaging a friend. I even mentioned how much I loved the beautiful landscaping and new fruit trees, and I learned they are going into Phase 2 of landscaping, so I know it will be even more beautiful.The outdoor space is stunning. The lamps lining the driveway look great at night, and it's nice to have that extra light for safety. The backyard is massive—we guessed it was about 3.5 acres—and it’s all completely private.The house itself is huge and was perfect for our big group. But what really stood out were all the little extras. They had a "Guest Comfort Kit" ready for us with things like garbage bags, dish soap, and aluminum foil. Plus, they provide brand new beach chairs and umbrellas. It's those small things that really make a difference and show they care.The location is awesome, just a quick drive to Sea Isle City Beach or Ocean City Beach, where there are restaurants and a dog park nearby.We'd recommend this place as a perfect home-base for a shore vacation!
