Positive: Everything are great. We enjoyed the place. The staffs are super friendly, the room is spacious and clean. The maintenance is good. The facilities are in great condition. The meals are delicious. Our holiday was special because of the resort and their staffs.
Negative: Not much coral within the water chalet.

Positive: Everything. Staff was really helpful. Even went shopping snacks and coconuts for the real prize, they could easily abuse it.

Positive: We stayed 6 nights and it was beautiful. The host is kind and caring. The structure is very new and indeed part of it still under construction. We loved the amazing homemade food that was prepared for us each day for breakfast and dinner. Sea turtles passing by almost avery night. We were sad to leave.

Negative: Boat transfer was a disaster! Brought us in a dinghy and the engine kept cutting out! Thought we were going to be stranded! Bags got wet! No where near BumBum island. In the middle of the ocean- you are stuck there! No wifi- although after our ordeal they agreed to give us access but only worked for 2 hours! Very POOR communication. I had sent several messages the day before trying to find out about boat transfers and didn’t get a straight answer! Expensive for what you get

Positive: Firstly the staff where amazing really felt welcome and catered for. We was lucky enough to have the end suite which provided a sunset I will never forget a truly amazing place! The meals where done at the perfect times and where delicious, coffee and doughnuts after a memorable snorkel with hundreds of star fish was perfect. We was sad to leave The swing at sunset is always going to be one of the best evenings ever.

Positive: Property was newly renovated so we had a beautiful new room to ourselves . Bed was comfortable, views were absolutely gorgeous. We even saw a turtle right in front of our room. The owners were absolutely amazing; very accommodating, helped us with everything from booking tours to transport. Food was delicious, and they even helped us haggle for fresh seafood
Negative: Room was very bare, only the bed and some chairs on the deck. No place to hang clothes, or even an extra seat in the room. A table would have been perfect.
Summary: A wonderful, peaceful stay with fantastic owners. Highly recommended!
