Positive: The location is amazing hotel emaculatly clean . It was my birthday while there and they gave me a gorgous bottle and fresh fruit to room . I am a regular there i love it

Positive: Staff was kindly. View through the window was nice.

Negative: We had two rooms - in both toilet bathrooms were so terrible. Not cleanliness, but equipment were so old, light so cold, washbasin, shower cabin were poor and i think 20 years old. This hotel should be renovated, in my opinion. It's not 4 stars hotel.

Summary: Disappointment.

Positive: Very clean, very genuine and friendly staff, good sized minimalist room, very clean bathroom, power shower, the good old bidet, spacious sink. Delicious sweet and savoury breakfast as well as cold and warm beverages. The sea view is beautiful especially in the morning ❤️ I loved the staff and spent time to talk to them daily especially with the cleaners whom I have so much respect for (Hi Simona! I feel we are already friends 🥰) The maître was so friendly and helped cook scrambled eggs during breakfast time 🥰 Beds are extremely comfortable and spacious🤩 Mini fridge flat smart tv and the usual kettle with a few tea bags and Nescafé available. Perfect temperature in the room.

Negative: I didn’t like those thin paper slippers 👎 and the fact that if it rains, there is water dropping on a drain of the balcony making an awful thumping noise. Breakfast could include full English which I believe is not currently provided. The two lifts are very small but this did not preclude my family and I to have a very good experience at this hotel.
