Positive: We had a pleasant stay at the apartments. The host was welcoming and responsive, and check-in was quick and easy — everything was ready when we arrived. There were enough beds for everyone, the air conditioning kept the rooms comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with all the basic utensils we needed. We also appreciated having access to a shared washing machine in the small courtyard. The location was convenient, with a small shop and a few cafés just around the corner, and a larger grocery store within walking distance near the beach.

Negative: The accommodation is a small ground-floor apartment with a tiny shared courtyard seating area. Inside, there are only two windows: a small one in the bathroom and a larger one in the bedroom. The bedroom window faces the street, where cars pass by and tourists may walk, so it can be noisy at times. In the kitchen, we found some expired food items — such as croissants and cocoa — which appeared to be left over from previous guests from last season.

Positive: It was very nicely decorated with beach decorations and a short walk to the beach. The space was a little small, but perfect. I was amazed at how many beds were in this space! The outdoor area has a beautiful place to relax. WiFi was very good! The property manager/owner Fabio was always available to answer questions and communicate. He was amazing! Fabio pulled all resources to help me find my ancestor’s original home in a mountain town nearby. Fabio arranged for a driver Nino, who was also amazing, to take me into the mountains and talk to the township about my ancestors. He then recommended must see places while in this special little town. They are wonderful people and a special place. I imagine the summer months would be fun in Oliveri. Thank you for the found memories.
