Summary: We really enjoyed the Sea Colony condo. The views from the unit are really nice. We liked the layout of the unit and appreciated the easy check-in. A few updates to the place needed but overall very nice!

Summary: Great view and good community. Updated enough for our liking. Needs to be cleaned better and need to invest in a tankless water heater. Water went cold after 1-2 minutes and took 25-30 minutes to refill. When contacting Vacasa they sent housekeeping who blew us off and never investigated the issue.

Summary: Loved staying here, very nicely decorated! Perfect ocean view! Carpet is very worn and stained in bedrooms and needs to be replaced. Also, Vacasa is not consistent with the basic supplies they provide, and there were no extra paper products, trash bags, dishwasher detergent. They really need to improve this, considering the rental cost and housekeeping fees.

Summary: We have rented this condo twice. It’s furnished beautifully and has an amazing view. Kids love the bunk beds. However, the bedroom carpets are filthy and the entire unit is very dusty. Vents, comforters on beds, ceiling fans all need a good cleaning. It’s just not getting deep cleans and it shows.

Summary: The condo is nicely furnished and comfortable! The beds were great and clean. The master bathroom drain was quite clogged, but overall we were pleased with the amenities and appliances. Would stay again! Can’t beat the proximity to the beach, pools, and activities.

Summary: Loved everything there was to 807 Chesapeake. The accommodations were great, the location was perfect. Beautifully furnished and clean. Can’t thank the owners enough for sharing their home with my family and I. So sad to leave but will definitely be back!

Summary: Beautiful view and comfortable two bedroom two bathroom unit. Kitchen was updated with large washer/dryer and dishwasher, plenty of cooking utensils, pots, knives, etc. Very well maintained unit.
