Summary: Overall the house was well appointed. Almost everything we required was available. The only disappointment was the cleanliness, can accept dust but the outside table still had food spills and drink rings, food scraps in the kitchen bin was smelly, cleaning towel still in basket in laundry

Summary: A good building in a great spot. A short walk to the Coobowie Hotel and the beach. Lots of space in the property with 4 x queen beds, 2 bathrooms. Good sized kitchen and living area, plus two outdoor seating areas/decks. But, BYOB bedding, towels, toilet paper, etc, etc isn’t ideal. A few details are missing or unfinished. A couple of furniture items were broken by previous guests but not removed - e.g. the chair that collapsed under me. A little more attention to the details would go a long way. But very hard to beat the location and space/layout of the house.
