Positive: Great stay at Seabreeze Apartment.The location is super convenient, close to shops and amenities. Loved the pool and tennis court and felt like a mini resort. The place is clean, comfortable, and easy to relax in. Would definitely stay again!

Negative: No cleaning things, shower mats, did not like the black sheets Smelling smoke in shared areas like the pool as some residents smoke on their outside sitting area

Positive: The location was within walking distance to the foreshore and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and furniture was nice. Lovely bathroom facilities with very nice shower.

Negative: Communication on the day of arrival is too late. I didn’t receive until after arrival. The fridge was not turned on, no tea towel provided, no bathmat. The information in the folder for wifi is incorrect. Language used by others in complex was offensive and very loud. A small amount of milk would be appreciated.

Summary: Property is nice, location to foreshore is good. Didn’t feel like the area was safe.
