Positive: Loved the views from the property, watching the sea. Plenty of outdoor seating. Pool welcome to cool off. Nice bathroom with good water pressure. Comfy beds and made it comfortable having AC.
Negative: Nothing.

Positive: Luigi and Giovanna are amazing hosts, we were welcomed by Luigi on the first day and Giovanna was extremely communicative which made arrival very easy. The property is in an excellent location and easy to get into Mondello and Palermo. The property is also so much bigger than it shows on the pictures, we had 6 of us staying and there was so much room. The views from the property are amazing, with the backdrop of the mountains and then the sea on the other side. We were also allowed an early check in free of charge, which was easy and Giovanna said yes straight away.
Negative: The property is quite worn, which is a shame as it’s an amazing space. Some paint on the railings outside is needed, replacement chairs in the balcony, many are completely sunken in, snapped or not able to sit on them at all. However, I will still say this place is great value for money, just needs a a bit of tlc.

Positive: Everything was outstanding! The communication was really good. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet. The apartment with the private pool was absolutely wonderful and we would stay again. The wider area was really nice and it was easy to get to the beach, local restaurants and grocery stores. Parking was very easy and free .

Positive: Gorgeous view, spacious and attractive apartment with enough of everything to make our stay easy. The inviting pool was an immediate reset option upon arrival. The owner allowed an early check-in as we arrived via an early ferry. He greeted us and helped with our luggage, then oriented us about the apartment. Parking is just across the street. The terrace is where we spent much of our time. Breakfast with a Seaview! The location is wonderful. Close to the beaches yet out of city hub-bub. We have a car so we were able to get around at our leisure. We would certainly stay there again.4a

Positive: The apartment and pool are amazing! The location is perfect with a gorgeous view of the sea. We enjoyed the pool as well. The hosts are so helpful and kind. The rooms are large and comfortable, the kitchen had everything one could need, and there is plenty of room to relax on the terrace. We hope to return in the future. Highly recommend!!!

Positive: The hosts were right next door and couldn’t have been more helpful . They supported me in buying flowers and cake for my wife’s birthday. The views were amazing , the sea to the east and surrounded by mountains in the west.
Negative: The apartment was on a steep hill which was fine for us as we enjoyed walking and running .

Positive: Beautiful sea views as promised. Located on a hill with a 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and around 25 -30 minute walk to Mondello whihc has other shops and limited restaurants. Great beach. Hosts were very pleasant and on hand throughout the stay as they live next door.
Negative: Kitchen could have been cleaner - cooking utensils and pans etc all had to be washed before use as they had traces of food on them. We didn't hire a car but wished we had as it was a decent walk to Mondello and there were no taxis.
Summary: Beautiful location and great hosts
