Summary: Sylvie was so nice. She met us at our unit. She provided us with milk, bread, meats and an amazing cake. Beautiful place. Perfect location. If we could move there forever, we would. Thank you for the best vacation ever!

Summary: We stayed here for 1 week with 2 other couples, location is ideal, you can exit towards the beach and walk over to the water in less than a minute. If you exit towards the town you can walk to the marche in 10 minutes. Great view of the beach and the promenade. The living area is beautiful with very high ceilings and ample space to sit down for dinner and mingle with views on the ocean. The large kitchen has all the amenities you would expect and more. This is unique in Biarritz. It was also very convenient to have the parking right below. Bedrooms are very spacious and quiet.

Summary: Sylvie was a lovely hostess and very responsive. We really enjoyed our time in Biarritz and recommend Sylvie's place highly!!! Plenty of space to spread out, with two full bathrooms. Lots of cute restaurants within walking distance and the kids got daily surf lessons less than 5 minutes walk down the beach. A great vacation spot!

Summary: This place is situated right on the Grande Plage between the casino and Hotel Du Palais. The location is smack in the middle of where someone could want to be. There are two entrances to the building and one of them dumps you right on the beach. The unit itself is the same as the photos. There are three full bedrooms and a fourth sleeping area that is kind of by the entrance to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. There is no central AC but the air flow in the place is an absolute 10/10. There are also fans provided for each room. The host Sylvie, was incredibly communicative. She responds very quickly and greeted us when we arrived. This is probably a $2 million+ place and I would 100% stay there again.
