Come to relax at this stylish, centrally located space. This is the entire side of a duplex. It has its own front and back entrances, privacy fenced backyard, attached garage and driveway space. There are no shared spaces with the adjacent unit; although you could book both sides (Separate listing called "Seeing Double" includes both sides of the duplex).
Careful attention has been given to providing all comforts of home---see below.
This home sits in the perfect hybrid of a beautiful, mid century modern neighborhood, meticulously maintained and safe---and the busier areas of town that will put you in the center of the best attractions in Loveland.
A few blocks from 3 different golf courses, including a par 3 teaching course of children. It is directly across the street from Benson Sculpture Garden and Park. Another short walk to North Lake Park with food trucks and live music on Wednesday nights. Down the street from Lake Loveland. 10 minute drive to Boyd Lake State Park and Horsetooth Reservoir. 15 minutes to Budweiser Event Center.

Summary: I loved it and plenty of room with both rooms. 2 queens and lots of room and work or playing (gaming) for the kids. We brought our own small TV for that room. King room with bathroom off of it was terrific. Living room and kitchen spacious, comfortable and well supplied with everything we needed. Would stay again and recommend to everyone.

Summary: We spent a couple of nights here at the start of our week-long Colorado vacation. The location was great--downtown Loveland is nice, it's near a lake and park, and it's a great base for exploring the National Park. The place is clean, roomy, and well-equipped. Highly recommended!
