Our newly furnished home comes with apprx 2,800 sq ft of living space, our 4 bedroom/3 bath home near the Kierland Commons area has much to offer. This home away from home comes with a private pool and NO additional cost to heat the pool. Outdoor amenities include chaise loungers, a dining table, and a BBQ gas grill. For entertainment, the home also comes with a large Pool table, outdoor bowling, several board games, and flat screen TV's throughout including 200+ TV Channels. What a great neighborhood! It is a safe and quiet area for early morning or evening walks, or for more strenuous activities such as biking or jogging. For hikers, trails are reasonably close. Grocery shopping and drug stores are within 1 block. Many excellent and popular restaurants are easily found within 5 miles. There is no shortage of great shopping: Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter are within 3 miles, Desert Ridge Marketplace is 4 miles, and Fashion Square Mall about 11 miles away. And there are a ton of sightseeing and recreational activities nearby like golf, mini-golf, tennis, off-road jeep tours, the Musical Instrument Museum, galleries and other museums, seasonal events, or just visiting Old Town Scottsdale to fill one's day. We do have a ring doorbell and and backyard outdoor cameras on property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any concerns.
DEPOSIT: We collect $500 refundable deposit prior to check in. This is fully refundable as long as all the rules and policies are followed.

Summary: This house was great for our family Thanksgiving, we had ages from 2-82 and the house had everything we needed. Multiple TVs. The kids used one of the smaller downstairs rooms and set it up as a gaming room connecting their Switch to the TV. We played billiards and used the pool. We were even able to cook our thanksgiving turkey. The family with the smaller kids took the upstairs master and the tweens shared the room with the twin beds. There is a Catholic Church about 2 blocks away and nearby parks. The grandparents stayed downstairs and had a full bathroom downstairs too. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Summary: This was the perfect vacation house for our family gathering. The grandparents took the master, the parents with a 4 year old and 8 month old took the other two upstairs rooms with the shared bath and the married couple took the downstairs room. We all had plenty of our own space and own bathrooms. We had a blast swimming in the pool, using the pool table and just hanging out. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals at home. The pool was the perfect temperature for the first of June. There is a decent park with a playground walking distance from the house. The neighborhood felt very safe and everyone we encountered was very friendly. I emailed the host several times with questions and he was always quick to respond. I would highly recommend this place!!

Summary: Lots of room for everyone who came to visit us. Very comfortable beds. Pool table and swimming pool were big hits. Putting green was fun too. The house was very clean but could use some updating to bring it up to perfect.

Summary: A group of us golfed at Kierland and enjoyed Scottsdale for a few days and this was the perfect location. 5 min to Kierland resort and the home was very clean and all amenities were just as advertised!
