Positive: The cottage was clean . Staff in the pub was so helpful couldn't do another,

Negative: The stairs in the cottage, was dangerous no grab rails, my sister both bang there head going up and down .

Positive: Close to pub. Close to the canal. Plenty to do. Close to the wedding venue ultimately went to. Close to an excellent tearoom.

Negative: It was a little damp. The kitchen cupboards could do with a little tic. There was everything you could need except a hairdryer.

Positive: The location of this cottage is fantastic Also the gentleman who runs it was very informative and a pleasure to deal with We really liked the cottage for our 2 night stay but wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer

Negative: The kitchen felt like it could be cleaner and the cutlery looked old and some basics missing ie. Pizza cutter and scissors Could do with an upgrade of all the cups, glasses etc. I understand it’s an old property but there were heavily scented air fresheners in each room of the house including the bedrooms, it was quite unpleasant to sleep with a strong smell like that

Positive: Location Outstanding. Well looked after historic property. Ideal place to spend a family holiday, or in our case family Christmas.

Negative: Main disappointment was that the advert for the property advised a Dishwasher was installed in the kitchen - this was incorrect - there wasn't one. Majority of Crockery, Cutlery and Cooking Utensils required a good wash before they were hygienic for use.
