Positive: The property was amazing- far exceeded our expectations from reviews. Spotless and the staff were so helpful and kind. She even got up and made us breakfast which was delicious. Lily went out of the way to allow us a late checkout which pushed their schedule which we really appreciate.

Negative: Plane noise was definitely obvious but did not bother us at all, no earplugs needed planes don’t fly often at night. Maybe if the breakfast was slightly more western it would be better but did not stop us enjoying it

Positive: The Villa was first class. The host and staff were excellent. It is located close to the Airport and is conveniently located for all amenities. Totally enjoyed our stay.

Negative: Some noise from the airport, but that is to be expected and we did not find it excessive.

Positive: Very good, clean, beautiful place. Had laundry facilities

Negative: Airport is nearby so planes are loud. Earplugs were very helpful for sleeping. Pillows were a bit high for my personal preference

Positive: The entire facilities and spacious villa are amazing including the pool jacuzzi. We came here towards the end of our Chiang Mai trip (city-mountains-city) so we managed to do thorough laundry and relax before flying back home. The location is about 15mins to the airport, and the breakfast was a 10/10! The host lily has contacted me on the day as well prior arrival to ensure smooth check in process.

Negative: The pool was abit too cold to enter, and no heating elements, preventing family members to fully utilize the pool jacuzzi. 7E is a little far 45mins walk so you might need to plan ahead buying items before heading home. But Grab Food are easily available. The plane take off can be really loud if you stay in Room 2/3
