Positive: The spa area was super. We were very lucky to have an upgrade and our apartment was amazing. Looked out over the square. Breakfast was fabulous. Reception and all staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Negative: The room was hot at night and although windows could open, it was noisy.

Positive: Straight upon arrival the reception staff were so welcoming and check in process quick and easy. The best part of the stay was the extra effort they put into ensuring our stay was perfect. I had previously requested a little slice of cake to surprise my partner for his birthday upon arrival and they went above and beyond. Not only 2 slices of cakes, a personalised signed birthday card and a room upgrade. Safe to stay it was one of my most favourite stays. Rooms are impeccablelbly clean, stocked with everything you would need (Cutlery, cups, glasses, cooking utensils etc.) and their breakfast was also outstanding. We also had dinner at their restaurant and it did not disappoint. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Positive: Beautiful new hotel in the middle of the town. The staff were very friendly, rooms were spacious, clean and pretty. Great sauna and relaxation area. Highly recommend!

Positive: What a beautiful place to stay, Sofia the manager gave us the tour and told us about the history of the building which is 500yrs old, the place is beautifully renovated, modern but with historic touches. We stayed in a spacious and beautiful Apartment with a well equipped kitchenette that has microwave, induction stove, dishwasher and fridge. We traveled with our two dogs and have never felt so welcome before. This has really been a super experience. The hotel staff was so nice, friendly, helpful, attentive and accommodating, thank you Sofia, Verena, Thomas from front desk and also Victoria from the restaurant who went outbof her way to make sure we had everything we could wish for at breakfast! I can highly recommend this place. Sofia, you are off to a great start, please keep up these high standards, one of the best experiences we have had!!! We will most certainly return and refer you to our friends!

Negative: Some small improvements, start up pains :) Hous keeping could proactively check shower soap and toilet paper, after asking reception immediately took care. Pillows were a bit too soft for us, choice of different pillows types would be nice.
