Summary: Great location close to Oktoberfest. We opted for early check in and our room was ready when we arrived around 12pm. Very quiet and comfortable room.

Summary: Perfect location for our short stay in Munich. Walking distance to the train station and for the Oktoberfest festivities. Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet.

Summary: Will definitely stay here next time I’m in Munich. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, close to Oktoberfest, and close to public transportation. Price was reasonable for Oktoberfest pricing, but I imagine during off season it is very reasonable.

Summary: The room was clean, comfortable & quiet. The staff were pleasant but housekeeping had issues. We were short of 1 glass, we requested one but I had to go to the bar to obtain one. We requested a change of towels, again house keeping failed and I had to go to reception & complain, to be fair they then arrived immediately. The access hallway carpets are badly stained & that lets the property down. Overall I would stay again as the room was good & the location is ideal.

Summary: Lovely space and great location. 10 minutes away from the main train station and only a 25 minute walk to the old city. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Studio apartment was lovely. Clean, well looked after and nice to stay in. Only 2 of each item of crockery etc and no tea towel which was inconvenient. Free washing machines are very useful as is the airer for drying them. Very quiet and peaceful and close to the u bahn station. Good choice for a budget stay in Munich.

Summary: Excellent property with an amazing studio and comfortable bar. Great facilities for tourists, business travellers, and digital nomads. Only drawback was that there was no air conditioning which made sleeping during the heatwave difficult.
