Summary: I was very pleased as I entered my spacious and clean loft! My 5 day stay was in a beautiful area and I had a great view of the Memorial Art Gallery. Big, beautiful bathroom with some small setbacks… no towel rack or hooks and no soap holder in the shower. Sounds minor but is really major in the scheme of things. I bought a sponge holder from TJ MAXX and attached it as a soap holder for my comfort during my stay. I hope this little/big thing is fixed in time for my next stay. I really loved staying here!

Summary: Another great stay at this hotel. Everything was lovely, from the communication response, the beautiful space. Only thing that was still lacking was a microwave, but it wasn't a big deal.

Summary: Responsive service. Could have provided decaffeinated coffee. (I know that most think why bother, but I enjoy flavor.) Great walkable location. Need to be able to climb two full flights of stairs. A unique experience in a converted school. Cool vibe in the arts district.

Summary: The School 31 lofts are very cool, and we always enjoy staying there when we are in Rochester. Do be careful, room 200 is quite different from the other rooms. It doesn’t have a kitchen and is much smaller and less private. However it is very pretty and the wet room is amazing. Just know that if you get that room it may not be what you are used to.
