Positive: Exceptionaly spacy and comfortable apartment - two bedrooms (each with separate bathroom), living room (with third bathroom), spacy and fully equipped kitchen with eating table, long balcony with fantastic view of the Virgental and mountains. Washing machine appreciated. Ingrid and Stefan are very kind people. We were even offered the possibility to leave our car at the Schlossnerhof parking during our 3-day hike in the mountains

Negative: Ingrid was very welcoming, the only thing that should be considered is a coffee-making facility or instant coffee - for people like me who stay for a night or two, not buying anything and being here on a Sunday, everything closed couldn't get a coffee.

Positive: Very nice, very clean, very comfortable, very cosy, very spacy apartment (3 bathrooms for 4 persons!) Very friendly hosts, family atmosphere Enough space for all the staff, comfortable beds Well equiped large kitchen Nice mountain view from all the rooms Big private parking lot Clean and well equiped ski room Ski bus within walking distance, still Matrei not too far to drive Worth to come again!
Negative: Generally nothing, just maybe............ Microwave oven missing Pillows were filled with real feathers (not good for people suffering from allergy, also the small feathers are falling out of the pillows ☹)
