Positive: Great location and extremely friendly and accommodating staff - helpful above what could be expected pre and during the brief stay with family members a across three generations. The children’s play area was much appreciated by young kid and parents.

Negative: We stayed during a seasonally warm time. The fans in the room were helpful but it was still hot and the windows (beautiful view) didn’t have screens so we had the choice between mosquitoes or airflow at night.

Positive: The location and the view were absolutely perfect. The room was quite cozy and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was a bit below my expectations. I would especially like to thank Salome from the reception and all the restaurant staff for their smiling faces and helpful behavior.

Negative: I didn't like some of the surly staff and their busybody behavior.

Positive: A very charming little castle just above Lake Constance nestle in a beautiful garden, walking distance to the lake. The rooms a spacious and very clean, the bed very comfortable. Don't miss out on the excellent restaurant! The 4 course menu is an absolut must! Modern German kitchen from local produce. Delicious! The service is very friendly and accommodating! Same goes for the breakfast: very friendly service and local breads, marmalades and cheeses.
