Positive: Lovely, well appointed property with amazing views. We absolutely enjoyed the large deck overlooking the valley. We spent many hours enjoying the view, reading or just relaxing. Perfectly serene and quiet location.

Negative: The deep muddy rutted road as you approach from the Roxbury side of VT. I know the road is not the homeowners fault, but more warning in the driving directions would be nice!
