Summary: Thankyou for your beautifully clean and equipped accomodation, with great heating for that cold weather we encountered. (Winter ) Kitchen was well equipped, only lacking a coffee machine for coffee addicts! Our host Tom, provided great communication as well as with things to do in Ballarat. The yard is fantastic for kids with climbing equipment and a cubby.

Summary: Great, spacious house with large fenced backyard. Undercover outdoor area with firepit for marshmallows. Safe for kids and dogs. Only fault is bathroom and toilet door need locks , Also needs wooden stir fry utensils in kitchen. There are other dogs on neighbouring fences, but the fencing is good. this was fantastic 👏

Summary: Heating was great , clean and plenty of space for everyone to have quiet time by themselves. Beds where very comfortable. Pet friendly yard with plenty of room. Good outdoor entertainment area which we didn't get to use as we where out all-day.
