Summary: Pool & spa were great. The gym is very dated & Rusty, however workable. The location to the beach, beachside walks exceptional. The location is really nice. Unfortunately you have to drive a very short distance to dine out. But a great stay overall

Summary: A great location, good-sized apartment - starting to look a bit tired - but we’d come back here. Bazil & Co cafe downstairs was excellent!!!!! The best coffee we’d ever had.

Summary: We were freezing in the room as there was no heater. This was not mentioned when we booked. The office was closed and there was no way to get assistance. The indoor hot tub was not hot and it was not enjoyable. I understand it is winter but the hot tub should be hot water

Summary: The room was large and well equiped. Plenty of choices to dine in walking distance and two handy cafes right under the building. We had a lare check in which was easy although the intercom was a bit soft and difficult to hear .very neat and tidy unit

Summary: The property charges 5 star rates yet it’s dirty, smelly, the young girl at reception had the work blouse on but buttoned down and had no bra on very unprofessional. The hallways on the floor I was on looked as though they hadn’t been vacuumed all week and it had a bad odour. The room was ok, but the skirting boards were thick with black dust, the corners in the rooms hadn’t been mopped as there was dirt building up and the apartment had a really weird smell, I ended up having to go next door to the grocer and buy some air freshener to take the smell away. Besides that it’s in a good location with the beach right across the road, there’s plenty of cafes right outside, and the friendly grocer a couple of doors u opens early and closes around 7pm so that was very handy. The amenities at the hotel were good, indoor heated pool/spa and sauna. A gym and outside there’s a lap pool (which had dark stains all through it) and a bbq which is on the rooftop. Could be a much nicer place with a good clean done.
