Summary: Good Italian restaurant downstairs where you can get discount. Lovely clean room, with comfy beds and great amenities. Very quiet and close to a bus stop. Our only minor issue was a constantly dripping tap (room 6006) - this should get fixed as it is wasting water :)

Summary: The Vulcan area is conveniently located. The rooms are compact but contain all requirements. Breakfast although self service is well managed, with an excellent food selection and has a peaceful morning vibe. The Mathallen food and drinks area next store appears an excellent option for dining and socialising.

Summary: The room we had was showing its age a little, lots of scuff marks on the floor and no USB fittings in there, with scratches on the plug fittings. Our children noted the showerhead in their bathroom fell down a couple of times and couldn’t be tightened. The breakfast spread was great though there was nowhere to sit, it was so busy. Shame there couldn’t be an overspill in the floor below or something. Good location near Grunerlokka and easy to get into the centre on a bus or a longer walk.

Summary: Nice Hotel, in an interesting district with great bars and cafe's. Really good Food Hall next to the Hotel. A short (2 stops) bus journey to the city centre or a 20 minute walk. Breakfast was excellent and all the staff very helpful and friendly.

Summary: Pros: The room was very clean when we entered, the breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Cons: We didn't get any slippers, even when asked they said "we are ECO friendly".Housekeeping only changed the bathroom towels and emptied the trash, bed sheets/blankets weren't changed nor was the floor wiped/vacuumed. I personally don't mind if the bed isn't made everyday, but not cleaning the floor is pushing it especially when you don't get any slippers. 8/10
