Positive: The staff were so friendly. Our son broke his arm and the staff were lovely, giving him special treats that were for his food requirements and just generally so warm and welcoming. The breakfast was great. The rooms were good.
Negative: It isn't easy to work out how to get there in a car and park in their car park.

Positive: Very clean , staff were lovely, location was great for walking to the centre.
Negative: Very disappointed no kettle in the rooms , so could have a coffee in the room .

Positive: The food was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect for my meetings.
Negative: The central heating could have been a little bit warmer for someone who comes from a hot climate. It still felt cold even when I had it at maximum warmth.

Positive: The staff were lovely, really helpful and friendly. Nice room, very clean.
Negative: Felt a little overpriced. We stayed in another Scandic hotel the previous night which was much more modern and had better facilities for less money.
