Summary: I have stayed at this wonderful hotel many times since 11 years ago and it is the only hotel I would like to stay while in Trollhattan, Sweden. Friendly staff, quality room, with swimming pool and sauna, and wonderful breakfast. Cannot ask for more.

Summary: When you book a room with a queen bed it’s no acceptable to get two singel beds pushed together with one large mattress on top. The two beds kept gliding apart the big mattress sagging in the middle. Shower room had stains on tiles and signs of black mold.

Summary: The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was nice, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful. The only problem we had was we used the parking service for the garage opposite and even though we paid, we got a fine, as we should have had a parking permit from the hotel, which the hotel didn't even know about. So don't use apcoa when you park up there. Otherwise the location is beautiful right near the canal and the food was really good in the restaurant.
