Summary: You have to pay for breakfast. And you have to for the parking, they did not info us parking at hotel is not free. 10 minutes walking away there is parking cost 32kr for 24 h, as hotel charge for 150kr. If you are staying long, recommend the kommune parking.

Summary: Problems and complains when we tried to check in with a dog even if it’s a pet friendly hotel. Worst service, worst facilities, no amenities for kids. Night before we stayed in Scandic Helsingborg and the experience was fantastic!! So we were expecting same here. Breakfast in Sarpsborg was good, small place but good food and ok selection. Personal was really helpful!!

Summary: An exceptional hotel. Fantastic value, wonderful ambience but, most importantly, truly professional, friendly and committed staff - they are outstanding! Ieva, Elisabeth, Paulina and the team cannot be faulted, they provide exceptional service and definitely deliver a “home from home” experience.
