Summary: The hotels internal communication, in the context of refilling soap and unclogging the shower drain. Services (such as the aforementioned) had to be ordered the day before, but the soap bottle was opaque, thus you couldn’t tell when it was near to empty. Neither of these items were attended to by the hotel, in spite of a direct request.
