Positive: Great hotel, great location, staff is great, breakfast beyond wonderful! Nothing negative on this property for me to share. Everything was great.

Negative: Time to figure out how to install 21st century showers. The present showers are ok but could be upgraded.

Positive: Nice Location, very nice facilities in the hall, swimming pool is fantastic, very clean and cozy. Easy to reach, and plenty of free parking places.

Negative: I made a request about the order that we needed a quiet room in upper floor with beautiful lake view, and the staff replied quickly to promise they would arrange it. But it turned out that we just got a room next to the elevator on the second floor without any view from the room, although they promised to arrange it but failed to change the room for us.

Positive: Nice hotel, in a nice relaxing place, spacious room, nice breackfast and nice resturant.

Negative: In the room, air conditioning always running, with no possibility to swithc of becasue was really noisy, Wc extremelly huge but with very old forniture and "floor shower". Shower was horrible for a 4 stars hotel. Sauna without the possibility to drink some water and a bit dirty.

Positive: The lady at reception went way out of her way to help my son locate his carry on which he mistakenly left th the rental car garage at the Helsinki airport. She won the lottery for him as they located his. Bag. Amazing dedication to helping a guest

Negative: Only thing was no heat in my room

Positive: Very clean, lovely lakeside location, absolutely delicious breakfasts. The pool area was lovely and the gym had enough equipment for a reasonable workout.

Negative: A little dated and the pool was a bit cold.
