Positive: The receptionists were kind and helpful. Breakfast was great in both variety and quality. Everything was very delicious. Location is great, the rooms are clean, spacious and well sound proofed.

Negative: The pool’s water was very cold, impossible to swim.

Positive: The hotel is truly pet-friendly, and thank you for the bonus from the pet store. Thanks for providing us with an extra bed. The breakfast was quite varied; I especially liked the dessert with quinoa.

Negative: The floor in the room and in the shower was not very clean. Overall, the entire hotel is rather worn out.

Summary: A decent place to stay overnight in Mikkeli with a dog.

Positive: Everything was great: the room was clean and big, for breakfast we had a lot of choices and it was delicious! I recommend it, we were students and we really enjoyed also the facilities, such as sauna and swimming pool. We had also sauna in our room, really fantastic!!
