Positive: Nice and cozy hotel. Good breakfast. Nice staff. The man at check-in was really service-oriented and customer-focused. I wanted to take a taxi to the Old Town but he advised me to easily get into the city by metro and gave me information about different options for payment.

Positive: The staff are approachable, great customer service and smiling.

Negative: There is no shower rug, me and my friends almost slip. The hair conditioner pump is broken. The room is so warm and doesn't have anything to adjust.
