Positive: Great location. Helsinki is small and the hotel lies just a couple of minutes walk away from the city center and all attractions.

Negative: The rooms are decent but need some refreshment. But for just 2-3 nights they are adequate!

Negative: Old rooms, very far walk from the lifts, no phone to call the reception, no wifi password in rooms. Would be nice if breakfast had finnish pancakes (lettu/ vohveli) :)

Negative: The hotel seems to be mid-renovation, so some of the signage was confusing as parts of the hallways were blocked off

Positive: The staff were really nice, approachable, and accommodating. Facilities were complete, room was very nice. Very good value for what we got.

Negative: Bed mattress could have been more comfortable, but was not bad by any means. Takes a bit of walking (~5 min) to get anywhere else including public transport, but nothing unbearable.
