Positive: Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. I was in Oslo for a concert at the Unity Arena, which was walking distance from the hotel (about 15 mins). Breakfast was excellent, as was the fact you could eat outside overlooking the fjord.
Negative: Nothing, everything was perfect for me.

Positive: It’s close to the sea, nice view but overall the hotel located in very industrial location. We were there for a concert at Unity Arena. The hotel is 20 mins walk to the arena. We came by car and we parked at the Aimo parking in the basement. Convenient and got a half price. 275NOK for 24hr on weekend. Very nice and helpful staff. We got many good advice on how to get around and especially what to do and not to do on their national day
Negative: The hotel in general is ok but few things in the room is broken or not working properly. Main thing is the bathroom light will only turn on by movement sensor (no manual switch). This means you can get like a flash bang (very bright light) if you wake up to pee during the night. As I’m sensitive to light and have a hard time to fall back to sleep I need to keep room dark so I need to find something to cover it up. The room is not soundproof at all. I hear everything and conversations by the hallway. I need to sleep with earplugs. First thing I saw when entered the room was a cracked mirror. Not a very good first impression of the room. Bathroom door can only be closed or opened to the widest (not something in between). Light by the bed has some weird mechanical sound. Need to turn them off. We did not get foot towel. Need to go down to reception to get it as it was quite difficult to reach the reception by phone. Call them at two different times, never got a pick up.

Positive: The breakfast was wonderful, complete and the organization was fantastic. Also we had a enormous range of different food bread, cereals, fruits... It was excellent!
Negative: Everything was very nice but I would prefer to have my bed done already. Instead of having it with the sheets on. Besides, during the morning instead of just doing changing the towels, the beds can be done.
Summary: Excellent stay, delicious and enormous breakfast and comfortable rooms.

Positive: spacious room and bathroom, good quality breakfast, various choices, location was great- close to the bus stop, grocery store and unity arena, staff were friendly and helpful, beautiful landscape around the hotel
Negative: no electronic kettle, we asked for no cleaning but they’ve cleaned our room anyway, sadly no smart tv
