Positive: Loved breakfast, felt truly like an upper grade place to stay! Lovely, serviceminded staff and overall a clean welcoming place to stay! Will come back!!

Negative: Only thing I missed were nuts at the breakfast buffet, and I didn’t enjoy that our neighbor had a party going until late.

Positive: Beautiful building and rooms Breakfast Comfy beds Helpful staff

Negative: The rooms needed more lighting. I couldn’t really see to work - the desk lamp didn’t work. It needed a ceiling light. Kettle in room would have been good. Larger towels for shower.

Positive: Staff was great, really helpful and kind. The room was good, very clean and tidy. Breakfast was decent as well.

Negative: The room could have had a bit more space to keep clothes like a wadrobe or additional hooks to hang stuff. The breakfast was decent but dind't have good vegan options. I think there's a scope for improvement there.
