Positive: We made a booking last minute. The personal met us and already was waiting for us. The staff was super friendly and helpfull, helped me to solve some questions related to our stay in Finland. The breakfast is very good, the best breakfast I had for the past half a year in the hotel. A bif variety of healthy food, as well as lactose and gluten free meals.

Negative: Sauna wasnt working on the second day when we stayed. Staff told us that sauna wont be working from 9am (maintanance or something), we went there at 7:30, but sauna was already not heated.

Summary: Pleasant stay. Very friendly staff.
