Positive: Overall excellent experience . Spa and breakfast fabulous. Kids enjoyed a lot 😊

Negative: For sofa bed there were no linens and blankets cover.

Positive: The breakfast and pool area were amazing. Infact the best highlight was the pool in the hotel and we have been many times to the pool. This was our first overnight at the hotel. The rooms need refurbishment. Thank you for the sweet compliments given in the room for our daughter.

Negative: We think the rooms can do better in terms of layout and other amenities. The cot was not available when we walked in but we had already received the confirmation. So we had to go back and forth to get this into our room.

Summary: A pleasant family stay. Suitable for short stay visit.

Positive: Spa is good enough. The breakfast was not super nice but ok.

Negative: There is a big parking area which belongs to hotel. It seems there are no other places to park a car near hotel. The disappointment is that it's paid one and not included to a room price. There is no kettle for with tee bags in the room. Mini-bar was empty. Is it really 4-star hotel?
