Positive: Love the house & the host. A safe haven to get back to, from the heat of Suva weather that day. Nice, modern & spacious. It's close to town, so we walked everywhere, leaving the car behind at most times. The host looked after us well, buying our dinner & drinks as we arrived late at night. I hope to be back at this accommodation one day soon. Vinaka

Positive: I liked that it was so close to the city and that it had our own separate key for the electronic gate and a good carpark with good spacious rooms and apartment as a whole

Negative: The outdated aircon systems which we had in our living room in our apartment that we had to keep switching on as it was turning itself off and it was not cold enough to cool the whole living room and dining area

Positive: Good location, comfortable beds, good water shower pressure. Didn’t use any of the kitchen facilities however all looked to be pretty good. Can see this being a decent apartment once all refurbishment works are completed.

Negative: Compared to other Booking.com stays, communication from Host was reactive. No pre-arrival instructions given about checking in, wifi access. Sent heads up message 1 hour before arriving, no reply. Arrived around 4pm, was handed apartment key by cleaner. Floors were still very wet, 3rd bedroom had no fan or a/c, made even hotter by drier, which still contained hot linen. Removed and folded linen for our use. Shower ceilings unfinished (raw cement boards), downlight hanging from ceiling in first bedroom, a/c units in lounge and first bedroom operating with fault lights, no toilet paper holders, no power supply for washing machine. Kitchen drainage had funny smell, hot water tank dripped onto floor, this was reported to Host. Wifi only available for TV, wasn’t available for entire stay.

Summary: Low price in line with current condition of apartment, however did expect basics to be in place.

Positive: The Location was so convenient to me! I was able to have close access to food, shopping & the markets! Even to get to the airport was close for me! Excellent security, exceptional views & i appreciated the big sized bathrooms and beds!!! The space is superb!! I cant wait to book again!!
