Negative: The property was okay, but a little far from the city centre. Check-in was only after 3:00 PM, while checkout was as early as 10:00 AM, which felt inconvenient and made our stay a little uncomfortable.

Positive: Location is 15 -20 mins walk from center, spacious place to stay with the family
Negative: I spent a significant amount on this property expecting a comfortable stay and good value for the price, but unfortunately, that was not the case. When I booked, the property was described as air-conditioned. However, there was no proper air-conditioning. Only one small portable AC was provided, which was not working properly and kept showing an error. I had to clean the filter myself just to get it to function. Two small stand fans were also provided, but they were not sufficient to cool the room. Overall, the stay was extremely uncomfortable due to the heat. I also requested a change of towels. The host informed me that they could only be changed once, which I agreed to, but the towels were never changed. I only met the host once, when I was asked to pay some tax charges. As I did not have the exact change at the time, I paid more than the required amount, but I never received the balance back. The host also mentioned that she would email me discount and free parking cards, but I never received them. As a result, I had to pay for parking and other expenses out of my own pocket. Considering the high amount I paid for this property, I expected much better service, facilities, and value. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing, and I would not consider this property good value for money.

Negative: The electric stovetop was weak and tricky (minor issue).

Positive: The apartment was very spacious and comfortable and the perfect location for Salzburg and Sound of Music locations. Eva was very helpful. The bus service in Salzburg and surrounding areas is brilliant.
Negative: Prices in local supermarkets a little steep for the basics.

Positive: Very roomy. Large 2 bedroom suite with one and half bathroom. Very comfortable. Quiet location. Walking distance to city center. We were welcomed with fresh flowers, fruits and chocolate.
