Positive: A wonderful natural jungle setting and sounds with great bird life and friendly hosts.

Negative: Restaurant wasn’t available at short notice . Shared toilets were actually long drop type and a short distance from the commune which wasn’t really clear at time of booking .

Positive: Beautifully designed, bargain price for the amenities. A verdant garden of eden. Very cool how each aspect of living: kitchen, sleeping quarters, bathroom, etc were spaced out. The family brought us fresh eggs in the morning for breakfast. Very friendly and wonderful hosts. Hopefully they keep this price, because they could charge wayyy more. One of the most beautiful places I have stayed... Just the landscaping and organic design, just was amazing, I wish I could post my walk through video here.

Negative: It is primarily a yoga center as the name implies. We heard the very friendly, long haired hosts playing music and I'm sure dancing into the night in another building. It seemed like they were having a blast and we didn't mind. Because the windows are open for cooling, sound carried, not a big deal with foam earplugs but if you are a light sleeper (or need to pee a lot in the night as the bathroom is around 100ft away) maybe not the best place for you. Also suv or 4wd recommended to get to the compound/resort as it it a half mild of bumpy dirt road.

Summary: Great and flexible hosts. Wonderful people. So much green and full of life. Super special.

Positive: The owners and staff of Sattva come together in a perfect constellation of love, kindness, warmth and attentive care to your presence during your stay. This energy of effervescencing human goodness permeates every aspect of the beauty of Sattva Land from the excellent accommodation, to the bathroom facilities, grounds, food and recreational spaces. All beautiful designed and prepared to exceptionally high standards. My daughter and I delighted in the natural swimming pool, giggled through trails of natural beauty as the joy of the forest rushes the heart. I can fault nothing of the food, accomodation, service. I want only to tell you to go and go quickly for it is a gift to experience and carry with you when it’s time to leave. Thank you to all who made our stay so memorable and precious to me and very grateful 12 year old. We love you! Jada & Sofija

Positive: Beautiful, peaceful, loved the pool and the food.

Negative: There’s alot of specifications not available on Booking.com. Such as, not every room has a bathroom, some are shared, not every room has A/C, the kitchen is a 2 minutes walk away and you must reserve your meals in advance. Also, it’s mostly vegetarian. I had a 4x4 so was able to easily make it up the road, but the road is far from paved and is uphill.

Positive: Sattva Land It is a sacred land ,beautiful place with a natural pool and modern design villas,The breakfast and dinner are healthy diet and delicious,banana and papaya ,coconut are sweet!They have food supplies from the minonites they also build a school program for their children, the spiritual dancing tutor Flora is also a talented villa designer!They’re happy families and friends living and build this land together !Fabulous living and dining experiences with Sam manager,his wife Julia,and their family members!
