Positive: we had a fanastic stay, the apartment was in excellant condition, clean, well maintained and thoughfully furnished. everything looked brand new and worked perfectly. the apartment was cozy and comfortable, making it a home away from home. kitchen had everything we needed. the bedrooms was quite and comfortable- relaxing perfect for unwinding after touring of Sri Lanka for 2 weeks. check in process was fast and smooth, Shirini was very helpful, shared a lot of information about the apartment, location, and any other question that we asked. the building had good facilities like swimming pool, gym .... we enjoyed using it. overall a comfortable and hassel free experience , cozy and well kept apartment

Positive: A quiet and relaxing stay in the heart of Colombo Highly recommend a stay at Sati Cityzen if you are looking for a convenient location with all the space and luxury, including a good nights’ sleep. The walking path and pool was ideal for us to relax in the afternoons. We cancelled our other plans and chose to relax in the apartment for the night, before heading to the Airport. Check in, Check out was flexible and the host was very accommodating of our travel plans. Super convenient location and safe, walking distance from any type of shop you will need- laundry, food, groceries, bank and salons. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare a couple of meals and snacks. Apartment was very clean!

The host, Shirini, is very helpful, attentive, and proactive in addressing any issues. The property features smart devices for added comfort and a self-check-in facility. Additionally, all the dos and don'ts are well documented in detail. I had a wonderful and comfortable stay with my kids during the Christmas holidays.

Positive: My trip can be summed up in two words, comfort and location, we had everything we needed in the apartment, it was a beautifiully furnished apartment, with everything you needed, plus I absolutely loved having access to the pool and gym. Access in and out of the apartment was super simple and we felt safe in and around the neighbourhood too. Location wise, it was located a short car ride from some of the major attractions in Colombo, this made it very convenient when heading out for dinner or shopping at at One Galle Face. Locally there were plenty of food options too and it was very handy to have a shopping center just outside the gate. Wish we stayed longer!

Summary: I loved my stay at Sati CityZen, amazing location and it felt like home. We will be back!

Positive: It's a brand new apartment, stylish, clean and spacious. I came on a business trip so the super fast internet at the apartment and meeting spaces downstairs were important to me. Pool and gym was great too. Everything was accessed easily even without meeting Shirini. My partner and I had a perfect end to the evenings at the apartment (the projector and screen was amazing!). The view from the balcony is great to watch the river and rowing boats. So many grocery shops are dotted around the apartment block, very convenient.

Negative: Nothing to dislike. Since the stay is completely contactless, it feels a little strange, but Shirini was good at communicating everything before our stay and it was easy.
