**Pool settings are all scheduled. When booked, pool heat is set to 84 degrees. However, poor temperatures are impacted if weather drops below 60 degrees, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
IMPORTANT NOTES
~Rental Agreement, ID & Security Deposit Hold~
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement and the booker’s ID verification. Guests are required to either authorize a refundable temporary $500 security deposit hold (not a traditional security deposit, not an actual charge, released if no damage/excessive cleaning), OR opt in for a $45 non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company.
The optional damage waiver is $45 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
