Negative: Not enough instruction was given to where we go to find the rooms, or how to use the WiFi ( I know 1st world prob), or instruction to where the pools where exactly. For someone who's never been there it's a little confusing.

Negative: pricey, breakfast not i cludwd with the price, no shower curtain, no hotel slippers. And when I asked for towels and they say theyre gonna bring some to my roon, they didnt even!

Negative: This time we had stained sheets, and there was something red in the bathtub. Just not cleaned the best I guess and we had an old room that seemed to be a bit rundown.

Positive: We enjoyed the pool, the beds and the room.

Negative: We didn't like the confusion for the 15$ breakfast. I asked the day we checked in. They said you can get it now or at the restaurant. The next morning we waited until 10 for the buffet brunch. Only to be told the voucher is only good for the menu items. The gentlemen at the front desk then asked us if we wanted the voucher or to get it at the restaurant. So we thought why get a voucher? Only to get our bill and be told we needed the voucher anyways. It was just a really confusing thing. Thought the vouchers would be good for the buffet brunch which we were so excited for. The eggs Benny from the menu were alright. But when we saw the ones at the buffet it was disappointing.
