Summary: We stayed here with our 4 children for 10 days. The property is spectacular. It was well appointed and had great views of the sea in a quiet neighborhood. The location is great. Close to all beaches and to all the sites in costa smeralda. There is a small store in town and 10min drive to larger stores in s. Teresa di Gallura. Our host Andrea was very responsive and helpful. The only real suggestion for improvement in my opinion is bedding and towels should be included as well as hand soap and toilet paper.

Summary: Beautiful sunset views every day. The garden flowers and plants and stone walls are very beautiful. Roses and palm trees. There are many villas close together but cleverly designed so that you don't see your neighbours. Interior very high quality design and great kitchen. Two terraces to choose for lunch and dinner. Perfect rooms for family of five. The pool was great for a dip and our kids loved it. We were clearly the first guests of the season as there was a slight water pressure problem but that was resolved very quickly. Great service from pool guy and maintenance, though they speak only italian. The villa is high on a hill and the minimarket is so far you need a car. A bigger supermarket is 5 km to Santa Teresa Gallura. The beaches require car also. Nice bars on the beach. There's a 15km hiking trail on the beach great for jogging, but pretty steep going.

Summary: This was one of the best places we have ever stayed in Europe. The location was stunning - amongst beautiful hills and rock-formations and a panoramic sea view with amazing sunsets over the water every night. Literally our only complaint was the hedge was too high to see the sea and sunset from the terrace!! My wife wanted to cut it down but I dissuaded her... The property was comfortable and spacious, and the grounds secure for our young children. Kitchen well-equipped as we self-catered a lot. Very very peaceful and quiet, and private too. Minutes to the great Rena Majore beach, although we preferred Naracu Nieddu 10 mins or so away, for the sand and great hammocks in the trees. Would (and probably will) return in an instant.
